Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic TeleMarketing Executive/Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads and execute effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and IT solutions marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT solutions and services
✅ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads)
✅ Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
✅ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion
✅ Manage Kaspen IT’s brand presence, PR, and corporate communications
✅ Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
✅ Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals
✅ Attend industry events, expos, and networking meetings to promote company solutions
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT-related fields
✔ 1+ years of experience in B2B or IT marketing.
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.)
✔ Excellent content creation, communication, and branding skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in collaboration with sales & tech teams
