Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic & customer centric network support executive to drive Network service/support business of Kaspen.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in technical support.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Experience with firewall
Experience with macOS and Windows OS.
Experience with floor support and hardware support.
Knowledge of networking concepts.
Experience with incident management.
